What Is the Procedure Like?

If you do, we will take the steps needed to heal your gums before we perform this procedure. Since these implants are typically smaller and shorter than traditional dental implants, many patients already have an existing bone structure that is fitting for All-on-4 implant-supported dentures.
During the procedure, our surgeon will implant four titanium posts into your jawbone as anchors, attaching a denture at these four points. This allows you to have a permanent tooth replacement solution without the need for individual implants for each tooth.
Is the Procedure Painful?
In most cases, patients report minimal pain following the procedure. It can usually be alleviated with Tylenol or Ibuprofen. For those patients anxious about their treatment, our surgeons are credentialed with IV sedation and can give you a calm and pleasant experience.
